This Privacy Policy explains how Punit Tomar, operating under the trade name Punit eBook Store (“we”, “us”, or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use this website or purchase a digital product.

• Order details: your name, email address, and phone number, which you enter at checkout (the phone number is required by our payment partner).
• Payment status: we receive the status, amount, and reference IDs (transaction ID and PayU payment ID) of your payment from our payment processor, PayU. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank credentials - you enter them on PayU's secure hosted payment page, and they are not stored by this website.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
• Messages: anything you send us when you contact support.

How we use it

• To process your order, deliver your download and provide support.
• To keep records required for accounting, tax and legal compliance.
• To detect and prevent fraud and abuse and to keep the site secure.
• To send order-related messages. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately agree.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the site (for example, the session cookie for our administrators). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share information with

• PayU (our payment processor), to which we pass your name, email address, phone number, and the order amount so it can process the payment. PayU handles that data under its own privacy policy.
• Infrastructure and email providers that host the site or deliver order emails on our behalf, only as needed to provide the service.
• Authorities, where required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for accounting, tax and dispute-resolution purposes, and delete or anonymise other data when it is no longer needed.

Security

We use encrypted connections, restrict access to customer data, store files privately and deliver downloads through expiring, signed links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information (subject to records we must legally keep) by writing to support@punittomar.com.

Children

Our books are for children, but purchases are intended to be made by parents, guardians, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
